Indonesian civil society groups recommend to the Government of Indonesia, the European Union, Certification Institutions and business actors in the forestry and trade sectors to increase transparency, increase supervision and law enforcement, review licensing, increase and improve SVLK as a system, as well as Europe Union as timber importir from Indonesia must ensure effective handling of cases relating to EUTR, through standardization of Competent Autority capacity in each country.
